Every journalist should work under a code of conduct guiding the profession so as to ensure professionalism in the practice.

Also, bloggers and citizen journalist should ex[expected to join the union of profession under the umbrella of NUJ which is the Nigeria Union of Journalist.

Journalist is someone who practices journalism and a blogger is someone who uses a blog to publish content.

A blogger user is a Journalist and is not because it depends on what the content of the blog involve. Most journalist are employed in media organizations.  

Blogger are mostly journalist, marketers, advertisers. They use blog to share or pass information to the target audience. Online journalism is used more widely, because internet technologies are involved.
